Digital access product
AnswerFirst provides a digital document packet. When you pay the flat fee of $299, you immediately receive access to download your Answer Packet documents.
Refund terms
Because the Answer Packet is a digital access product delivered immediately upon purchase, the following terms apply:
- Before access: If you have paid but have not yet accessed or downloaded any documents, contact us within 24 hours and we will review your request.
- After access: Once documents have been accessed or downloaded, refunds are generally not available because the digital product has been delivered.
- Technical access issues: If a technical error prevented you from accessing your documents after payment, contact us and we will resolve it promptly at no additional charge.
- No refund for legal outcome: Refunds are not available based on legal outcome, court acceptance or rejection of any document, or the result of your case. AnswerFirst does not guarantee any court outcome.

We do not guarantee any particular legal outcome, that your filing will be accepted by any court, that any deadline will be met, or that the documents will meet every local court requirement.
